段級位申請書類を公開します

武神館段級位に関する書類を公開します。

本サイトに掲載しますので、ダウンロードして活用してください。

なお、個人情報の漏えいを防ぐため、申請書類を本サイトから電子的に送信することはできません。記入した申請書類は、一度印刷して郵送、または事務所に持参することを原則とします。

We will publish documents related to Bujinkan Dan and Kyu rankings.

These documents will be available on this site in Excel or PDF format for you to download and use.

To prevent the leakage of personal information, application documents cannot be electronically submitted through this site. As a rule, completed application documents should be printed out and either mailed or brought to the office in person.

級及び４段までの申請
